  1. User provides contractor with personal data: name, contact phone number, email address, postal address, payment information and the details needed to order (sizes, measurements, deadlines, etc.).
  2. By providing personal data, user agrees to their collection, processing and sharing by contractor, including: a) as needed to provide services, such as when contractor use user's information to fulfil user's order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; b) when user have provided affirmative consent, which user may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for contractor's mailing list; c) if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about user's purchases if required by tax law; d) and as necessary for the purpose of contractor's legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by user's rights or interests, such as providing and improving contractor's services.
  3. Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools, including collecting, recording, organizing, accumulating, storing, clarificating (updating, changing), using, transferring (distribution, sharing, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
  4. Contractor complies with the principles and rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided for by the law.
  5. Contractor shares personal data for limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows: a) service providers: contractor engages trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to fulfil user's orders, such as delivery companies, and only to the extent necessary to perform these services; b) business transfers: if contractor sell or merge business, contractor may disclose information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law; c) compliance with laws: contractor may collect, use, retain, and share information if contractor have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process or to government requests, to enforce agreements, terms and policies, to prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of customers, or others.
  6. Contractor is entitled to entrust the processing of personal data to third parties, on the basis of an agreement concluded with them. Persons engaged in the processing of personal data on behalf of the contractor shall comply with the principles and rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided for by the law. For each person list of actions (operations) with personal data to be performed, processing purposes is specified, the obligation of such person to maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of personal data during their processing is established.
  7. Contractor retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services. Contractor may also be required to retain personal information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Contractor generally keeps data for the following time period: 4 years.
  8. Contractor may store and process personal information through third-party hosting services in the US, Russia and other jurisdictions. As a result, contractor may transfer personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws. In such cases contractor rely on third party's privacy policies that shall comply with user's jurisdiction laws.
  9. If user reside in certain territories, including the EU, user have a number of rights in relation to personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. These rights include: a) access: user may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information contractor holds about user by contacting using the contact information below; b) change, restrict, delete: user may also have rights to change, restrict use of, or delete personal information — absent exceptional circumstances (like where contractor is required to store data for legal reasons) contractor will generally delete personal information upon request; c) object: user can object to processing of some of information based on contractor's legitimate interests and receiving marketing messages from contracotr after providing user's express consent to receive them — in such cases, contractors will delete user's personal information unless contractor has compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons; d) complain: if user reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about contractor's use of user's information (and without prejudice to any other rights), user has the right to do so with local data protection authority.
  10. User is entitled to send requests to contractor, including regarding the use of personal data, sending revocation of consent to the processing of personal data. Contractor shall consider and send a response within 30 days from the date of receipt of such request.
